If you are experiencing problems running the load planner, please follow the instructions below:

Running the Cube-IQ (Load Planner) Web Application for the first time

1. Check Internet Explorer security settings. Run Internet Explorer and go to "Tools->Internet Options." Choose the "Security" tab and click "Custom level..."

2. Ensure the following two settings are as shown in the graphic below. A) Download ActiveX controls is set to "prompt." B) Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins is set to "enable."

3. Install the software: Click the Pentair Chardon Load Planner link above to launch the application. Internet Explorer will probably prompt you to make sure you want to download and install the software. Click accept as required. After a short time, you will be presented with the application startup screen and you may see the following message, this is normal: Cannot access the current user's registry. Please report this message to MagicLogic(4) if you ever see it a second time. The application should now be running.

4. After running the program, click the options link on the left side of your screen. Change the "Static Data Filename" to either "PentairWellmate.xml" or "PentairStructural.xml" depending on your brand usage. Click the "Setup" link on the left side of the screen and click "Yes" in the dialog box that appears. Refresh your browser so the new data is loaded. Your settings will be saved for future visits.
